It seems that Eindhoven wants to extend his contract, but he is looking for a new challenge, probably in England or Spain. Bundesliga can be an excellent destination for the ex-Leverkusen coach.
Roger Schmidt is famous for his attacking style of play. He used his unique gegenpressing tactic in Salzburg and Leverkusen, and his game is always entertaining. There are some negative critics for his unstable defending, though.
